Omar De Bei obtained his Master’s Degree in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Parma in 2016. He is a PhD student at the Department of Food and Drug (University of Parma), and, since he started his internship, his work has focused on biochemical and biophysical characterization of protein-protein interactions as potential antimicrobial targets.
