Prof. Loretta Lazzarato graduated in Chemistry in 1997 at the University of Turin. She received her PhD in Pharmaceutical Science in 2002 at the University of Turin. At present she is Associated Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the Department of Drug Science and Technology of the University of Turin. She has a broad experience in synthesis of biologically active compounds using classical and non-classical synthetic techniques and in the investigation of the molecular properties that affect the pharmacokinetic behaviour of pharmacologically active compounds.
